Question 3: How do payments work?

Residents stay on a monthly basis and pay weekly in advance.

Move-In Requirements:

* $10 Membership Registration

* $175 Security Deposit

* $350 Initial Move-In Payment

The initial payment covers your first two weeks of residency.

After move-in, residents make weekly advance payments of $175.

Rent Monthly • Pay Weekly.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is included with your membership at no additional cost.

Each suite is individually numbered and assigned during the move-in process.

Yes. Common areas are fully furnished, and each suite is move-in ready.

RULES & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

My City Bed is built on respect, cleanliness, and consideration for others.

These standards help us maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every resident.

Question 1: What are the community expectations?

Residents are expected to treat fellow residents, staff, neighbors, and the property with respect at all times.

My City Bed is designed for people who value both privacy and community.

Residents who consistently disrupt the community, create conflict, harass others, or repeatedly violate community standards may be asked to leave.

Question 2: Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is permitted inside any My City Bed home.

This includes:

* Cigarettes

* Cigars

* Pipes

* Hookahs

* Vapes

* Marijuana

* Electronic smoking devices

* Any other smoking products

Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available where permitted.

Question 3: Are pets allowed?

No.

Pets of any kind are not permitted inside My City Bed homes.

This includes:

* Dogs

* Cats

* Birds

* Reptiles

* Rodents

* Fish Tanks

* Emotional Support Animals (unless legally required accommodations apply)

* Any other household pets

Our homes are designed to maintain cleanliness, comfort, and consistency for all residents.

Question 4: How important is cleanliness?

Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities.

Residents are expected to clean up after themselves immediately after using shared spaces.

A clean home creates a better living experience for everyone.

Question 5: What are the kitchen rules?

The kitchen is available to all residents and includes dishes, cookware, utensils, bowls, plates, cups, and glasses.

After using the kitchen:

* Wash dishes immediately

* Return items to their proper place

* Wipe counters and work surfaces

* Properly store food in designated kitchen areas

Food, dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen items may not be stored inside private suites.

These standards help maintain cleanliness and prevent pests.

Question 6: Can I store food in my private suite?

Residents may enjoy meals and snacks in their private suite.

However:

* Food storage is not permitted in private suites

* Dirty dishes may not remain in private suites

* Kitchen items must be returned and cleaned after use

This policy helps maintain hygiene and prevent insects and pests.

Question 7: Are laundry facilities available?

Yes.

Washers and dryers are available at no additional cost.

Laundry Hours:

* 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

* Last wash begins at 9:00 PM

Residents are encouraged to wash bedding and personal linens regularly.

Question 8: What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

Please be respectful of residents who may be sleeping, studying, or preparing for work.

During quiet hours:

* Keep conversations at a respectful volume

* Reduce television and music noise

* Avoid disruptive behavior

Outdoor conversations may continue quietly and respectfully.

Residents are expected to:

* Keep their suite clean and organized

* Respect community property

* Report maintenance concerns promptly

* Avoid damaging furniture, fixtures, or equipment

Our goal is always to maintain a positive and respectful community.

Residents who repeatedly violate community standards, create disturbances, damage property, threaten others, or fail to follow house policies may lose residency privileges and be required to leave the community.
