Our model is designed to work across individual residential properties, multifamily communities, and high-rise assets.
In larger properties, the entire building does not need to become shared living. Selected floors, units, or portions of a property can be strategically repositioned into the My City Bed model while the remaining residences continue operating conventionally.
The allocation is determined property by property based on the asset, market, layout, demand, economics, and applicable requirements.

A substantial portion of a multifamily property may continue operating as conventional apartments, preserving the property’s established residential component.

Selected units, floors or portions of the property may be converted into the My City Bed shared-living concept.
An illustrative model could dedicate approximately 20% of a property to shared living while approximately 80% remains conventional multifamily housing. This is an example rather than a fixed allocation.
